Paid Time Off (PTO)
A comprehensive bank of time off that employees can use for vacation, short term illness, holidays - you choose! Time accrues each pay period and it rolls over from year to year. Employees can even sell time for cash!
Employees may contribute a percentage of their pay on a pretax basis through convenient payroll deduction. The Company matches contributions based upon profitability goals set each year. Employees can begin participating after they complete 1,000 hours of service (one year of service also required for employees in Arkansas and Missouri).
Provides employees with plan designed to fit you and your family's medical needs. Our plans include prescription drug coverage and behavioral health coverage and are administered by Blue Cross Blue Shield (United Healthcare is the provider for Arkansas and Missouri).

Flexible Spending Accounts
The Healthcare Spending Account allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars from their paychecks to cover eligible health care expenses, like co-pays and deductibles, over the counter medications, eyeglasses and contact lenses, and other medical, prescription, dental, and vision services not covered by insurance plans.
The Dependent Care Spending Account allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars from their paychecks to cover certain day care expenses they incur so they can work. These expenses include child day care, summer day camp, and senior day care, just to name a few.
Short and Long Term Disability insurance
Disability insurance offers income protection for short and long term disabilities. Employees can choose to purchase short term disability coverage that pays 66.67% of your base pay, up to $750 per week. Restore pays half of the premiums. Restore pays 100% of the long term disability insurance.
Company paid basic group term life insurance is offered to protect your family in the event of your death. Restore also provides voluntary life insurance coverage that is portable (meaning you can continue the coverage if you leave the company). Voluntary coverage is available for you, your spouse or your dependent children.
Continuing Education & Educational Assistance
Restore provides CEU opportunities through Restore U, providing online classes as well as seminars and onsite events. Restore offers tuition assistance and loan repayment programs as well.
