City Description: Nestled in the Arkansas River Valley, between the Ozark and Ouachita Mountains; Arkansas' second largest city, Fort Smith, rests gently on the banks of the Arkansas River at the intersection of Interstates 40 and 540.
Position Description: Provide treatment to patients in a skilled nursing setting utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques.
