Consistent attention

The Restore staff acts as an extension of your team – attending meetings and providing input, just like a member of your facility. This can include daily stand-up meetings, weekly rehab meetings, facility rounds, and patient care input. Restore clinicians are even available to meet your family members and sponsors to discuss care. 

An area vice president of operations and an on-site rehab manager will be assigned to your facility to assure proper communication with you and your staff.

Customized software solutions

Automated patient billing information is provided through a customized program. This system provides financial and clinical benefits, including case management, utilization, compliance reports, and outcomes trend analysis. 

We also provide a program that tracks denied Medicare claims. This gives you access to MMR/Denial coordinator reports, denial summaries, claim decisions, rationale for denials, and trend reports for specific codes that are being monitored by the Fiscal Intermediaries.

Functional outcomes

Formal graphs and reports based on diagnosis are available upon request. The information can be used in a variety of ways:

  • Analyze facility practices to identify areas of program excellence and areas of program opportunity
  • Use in marketing to target specific referral sources
  • Use in individual patient care management to determine appropriate discharge needs

QA audits

These audits help to insure your clients are receiving excellence in clinical care. They also help us to identify training needs and/or opportunities for program development. The information gathered can be shared with your staff in building a comprehensive Quality Assurance program to meet standards for Medicare or other accrediting agencies.

Quality Indicator review

Clinical Consultants and Operations team members spend time with your therapy team reviewing documentation, analyzing reports, observing treatment variety, consistency of internal tracking systems and satisfaction of the facility administration. This review process helps us plan and implement quality therapy programs that keep your facility on the leading edge of care.

Business Development

Restore will work with you to develop a personalized plan, based on market trends in your area.
